Vintage Thingies Thursday - 1950's Books

It's another week of Thursday Thingies and this time I'd like to share some really cool books I found at my local op shop last week:

The men in her death (1958) and Cry on my shoulder (1964)

Back of sunset (1967) and Cap and candle (1963)

The Toff and the trip-trip-triplets (1971) - this one was the best and what was even better is that all books only cost me $2 NZ (half that amount for US).

For more Vintage Thursday Thingies visit The Apron Queen. btw see my previous post for the winner of my goodie box competition.

Books are among some of my favorite things, Amy. Nothing can "take me away" quite like a good story can.

As always, I enjoyed your vintage thingie of the day.

I love vintage books. You just gave me an idea for another VTT. Old books look so good on a bookcase or just sitting on a coffee table.

Wow, don't you wonder where those books have been stashed, all those years? :-)
